At vælge den rigtige gevindtype og -dimension er afgørende for at sikre en tæt, stabil og holdbar forbindelse mellem dele. Hvordan måler jeg gevinddimensioner?
Mål den udvendige diameter og stigningen (stigning/gevind pr. tomme). Sammenlign værdierne med kolonnerne i tabellen for at finde den korrekte gevindstørrelse.
Hvad er forskellen mellem BSP (G/R) og NPT?
BSP har en gevindvinkel på 55° (G = parallel/BSPP, R = konisk/BSPT), NPT har 60° og er konisk. De er derfor normalt ikke kompatible.
Hvordan bruger jeg trådtabellen?
1) Mål den udvendige diameter. 2) Bestem stigning/gevindantal. 3) Sammenlign med tabellens kolonner for hver gevindtype for at identificere størrelsen.
